Product Description
We build labels that prove a product is genuine and unopened. In our Dongguan facility we combine several layers of protection, and we pick the mix based on what your product actually faces on shelf and in transit — not a one-size template.
Below are the anti-counterfeit features we run most often. Most orders stack two or three of them — for example VOID stock plus a variable QR, or a holographic foil mark plus a scratch-off panel.
How the security layers work
VOID tamper-evident stock. The label looks and sticks like a normal label until someone tries to lift it. On removal the frangible face stock breaks and transfers a permanent "VOID / OPENED" pattern onto the pack — proof the seal was broken. We use this for warranty seals, spare-parts authentication and high-value spirits.
Variable QR / serial (one-code-one-object). You send us an Excel or CSV with your serial numbers, batch IDs or traceability links. Our digital press prints a unique code on every single label — QR, 1D barcode or plain serial — so each item carries its own identity. Scan it and it lands on your own verification page or backend system. No two labels in a run share a code.
Scratch-off panel. A printed silver coat hides a verification code underneath. Buyers scratch to reveal and check online — common for lottery, voucher and refill-authentication use.
Holographic foil & microtext. Hot-foil stamping lays down a metallic holographic mark that shifts color with the angle and carries micro-text or guilloche patterns not reproducible on a standard printer. We combine it with VOID or QR when the brand needs both visible and hidden security.

- Accepted artwork: vector — AI, CDR, SVG; bitmap — PDF, JPG, PNG. We take both. Vector (AI / CDR / SVG) is preferred for labels with small text, fine lines or logos — they stay crisp at any size. Bitmap (PDF / JPG / PNG) is fine for photo-based or full-bleed designs.
- Resolution & bleed: supply bitmap at 300 DPI or higher, with a 3 mm bleed on every side and text kept at least 4 mm inside the trim.
- Variable data: for QR / serial runs, send an Excel or CSV with one row per label (code, link or batch). We map each row to one printed label.
- Plate / setup fee: a one-time plate or cylinder setup charge applies per design and per process; we confirm the exact amount in your quote.
- Minimum order: security labels start from 1,000 pcs; dome and sticker runs can go lower. Tell us your target qty and we quote to it.
- Color matching: give us Pantone numbers or a physical sample for accurate matching; we print to your specified spot or process color.
