Product Description
Service reminder stickers are the cheapest repeat-business tool a garage or tyre shop can stick on a windshield: the front carries the "next service due" fields your team fills in with a pen, and the back — readable from outside the car through the glass — carries your logo, address and phone number as free advertising for months.
The part that separates a professional sticker from a cheap one is the middle layer. We build these as a three-layer sandwich: printed face stock, an opaque light-blocking core, then the back print. Without that core, the front handwriting ghosts through and collides with the back panel — both sides end up unreadable. With it, each side stays clean and independent.
The front is finished with a matte writable lamination, so ballpoint and marker go on smoothly and do not smear when the windshield heats up in the sun. The adhesive is a removable low-residue type: it holds firmly through months of heat, then peels off clean at the next service — because glue left on a customer's windshield loses you the customer, not just the sticker.

- Accepted artwork: vector — AI, CDR, SVG; bitmap — PDF, JPG, PNG. We take both. Vector (AI / CDR / SVG) is preferred for labels with small text, fine lines or logos — they stay crisp at any size. Bitmap (PDF / JPG / PNG) is fine for photo-based or full-bleed designs.
- Resolution & bleed: supply bitmap at 300 DPI or higher, with a 3 mm bleed on every side and text kept at least 4 mm inside the trim.
- Plate / setup fee: a one-time plate or cylinder setup charge applies per design and per process; we confirm the exact amount in your quote.
- Minimum order: standard processes start from 1,000 pcs; dome and sticker runs can go lower. Tell us your target qty and we quote to it.
