Product Description
Silk-screen glitter labels (also called glitter-powder or gold-dust labels) carry a real glitter surface: fine glitter particles are printed through a screen and bonded into the ink film, so the label sparkles and shifts as the light and viewing angle change. Because the glitter is applied as a print layer, you control almost everything about it — color (match any Pantone shade), particle size (a subtle shimmer or bold chunky flakes), density (full coverage or a scattered gradient fade) and base (clear film, solid color, or glitter printed over your artwork). The same glitter can sit on a clear film for a floating sparkle effect or on a solid background for a stronger color block, and it reads well next to matte lamination for contrast. Typical uses are perfume and cosmetic bottles, beverage and gift packaging, and promotional stickers.

- Accepted artwork: vector — AI, CDR, SVG; bitmap — PDF, JPG, PNG. We take both. Vector (AI / CDR / SVG) is preferred for labels with small text, fine lines or logos — they stay crisp at any size. Bitmap (PDF / JPG / PNG) is fine for photo-based or full-bleed designs.
- Resolution & bleed: supply bitmap at 300 DPI or higher, with a 3 mm bleed on every side and text kept at least 4 mm inside the trim.
- Plate / setup fee: a one-time plate or cylinder setup charge applies per design and per process; we confirm the exact amount in your quote.
- Minimum order: standard processes start from 1,000 pcs; dome and sticker runs can go lower. Tell us your target qty and we quote to it.
- Color matching: give us Pantone numbers or a physical sample for accurate matching; we print to your specified spot or process color.
